GNOME 2.12 RPMs are available in a new Club RPM section simply called "club". In order to configure this section for URPMI, follow the instructions available in the media and mirror configurator.

Caveat: Mandriva does not provide support (technical assistance) for these packages.

Great news!!!!. I've the Club source installed and upgraded. Now, wich is the best/secure way to make the upgrade of my Gnome 2.10?. Congratulations for this work!

urpmi --auto-select --media (your_new_gnome_urpmi_source)

It seems that is not upgraded the Club source yet :-? If I do: upmi --auto-select --media club I obtain: The package(s) are already installed

Attetion for all the users of Multisync!. The package multisync-evo doesn't work with Gnome 2.12 (due to missing libebook-1.2.20.3)

J'essaie de récupérer gnome 2.12 comme indiqué mais cela ne marche pas ? message d'erreur "la récupération du hdlist source a échoué, pas de fichier hdlist trouvé pour le média club.clubx86:32_2006" le lien est-il correct ?

Mhhh, ajouter une nouvelle source, soit… mais j'aime pas du tout cette syntaxe : «urpmi.addmedia "club.club_x86-32_2006" https://xaviermd%40free.fr:[email protected]/rpm/club/2006.0/i586/ with hdlist.cz»

Cela revient à laisser en clair dans l'historique shell du compte root un mot de passe...

On pourrait pas avoir à la place de PASSWORD un "*" qui demande le mot de passe de manière conventionnelle ?

oui, mais si tu utilises wget par défaut, ça pourrait ne pas fonctionner (cf. http://forum.mandrivaclub.com/viewtopic.php?t=41640)

On n'est bien d'accord que la syntaxe n'est pas terrible. On travaille à modifier cela.

Great news !!! Superbe nouvelle !!! cependant j'ai deux remarque. Le première est sur le faite de mettre clair le mot de passe et ensuite la ligne urmpi..... qui ne marche pas en copier coller. Alors que si l'on ecrit la ligne pas de soucis … Encore merci pour le travail !!!!

A tutt'oggi non sono riuscito a selezionare la fonte… non riesce a recuperare hdlist… nè con il copia-incolla nè scrivendo l'indirizzo a manina, come qualcuno ha suggerito. E non credo di essere solo io ad avere questi problemi… Ciao

Tres bien, j'ai ajouté la source club x86_64, mais il n'y a pas gnome pour ma version… j'ai trouvè seulment les fichiers pour la 32 bit… Boh… salut
