Impossible de récupérer le PDF Maîtriser Mandriva Linix 2008. Adobe me dit, à la fin du téléchargement : le fichier est endommagé et n'a pas pu être réparé.

Suis-je le seul dans ce cas ?

Pouvez-vous essayer de télécharger la documentation par wget directement?

It would be nice to have some documentation about getting to know Gnome in the Mandriva Starter's guide :)

J'ai trouvé, lorsque le telechargement du fichier est terminé, allez dans fichier-enregistrer sous-(choisissez un endroit) enfin ouvrez ce fichier PDF avec Adobe reader CA MARCHE!

I do not know if anyone is aware of it (especially since I can only read one of the comments ;), but the PDF files are broken.

Comme je vous le disais plus haut le fichier n'est pas endomagé, telecharger le en cliquant sur le lien, des que le message d"erreur apparait, cliquez sur ok puis fichier/enregistrer sous/ emplacement/ok fermer vos fenetres et click droit ouvrir le fichier avec Adobe Reader je vous jure que ça marche!!!

Attempts to download Master or Master-Starter produce an error from Adobe: "File damaged, could not be repaired".

I have been trying for the longest to download the documentations for Mandriva from this site. All I get is an error, sorry I cant provide a screen shot. Maybe link to files are broken.

Bonjour,

Effectivement, pour lire cette doc j'ai du d'abord l'enregistrer sur mon disque comme l'indique Florian + haut, puis j'ai du télécharger Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 (ne fonctionne pas avec KGhostview ou KPDFchez moi...) sur leur site http://www.adobe.fr Puis choisir "ouvrir avec" Acrobat pour pouvoir la consulter, et cela fonctionne. Cdlt.

I likewise have tried multiple attempts and have received the 'file is damaged and cannot be repaired message. Pleas advise when the pdfs are usable

bonsoir, je confirme,même avec windows et acrobat 8.0 et 8.1 j'arrive pas à charger ce manuel.

Hy i will try to help our English spoken friends first download the file as normal until you get an error message saying the file is broken, then even if you still have a blank page go to file/save as/the_place_you_choose/ok close all you screens; go to that broken file, right click /open with/ choose adobe reader all done it works!!! dont try with ghostview or KPDF they are useless for this i hope it works for you i did it even under windows just follow my steps, have a good day
