Some pages cannot be translated as they are temporary, like the Downloads.WebHome page, which will be updated very soon. There's no worth translating it at this stage as its content is somehow obsolete.
OK, thanks for the info. Now, I found that czech I18Resources did not get synchronized with new strings from english (personal message..), I had to copy the strings manually. Is it a bug or something else? And also, some strings are not in I18Resources, for example Promotions or Credits from Main homepage menu.
