Welcome to the Mandriva Club downloads section. You can perform several different types of download here.

You can download the various Mandriva distributions available at your membership level via BitTorrent by clicking on the 'My Torrents' link to the left. If technical problems prevent you from downloading via BitTorrent, you may access our HTTP / FTP direct download servers by clicking on the 'HTTP / FTP Access' link to the left.

You can also download individual packages for your installed Mandriva system.

Our recommended method for installing new packages is to use the Mandriva package management system. For instructions on how to install and remove software and set up additional repositories, please see the Mandriva Wiki.

To add the special Powerpack subscription media which contains commercial packages available only to Powerpack subscribers, you can use the Mirror Finder tool which is linked on the left hand side of this page to generate a command to be run as root at a console, which will add the appropriate media. In Mandriva Linux 2007 Spring and later, you can also use the 'drakclub' tool or the First Time Wizard which runs when you first install Mandriva Linux. For Mandriva Linux 2007 and earlier, there is a problem with SSL certificates which means you must use the wget downloader (rather than the default curl) with these authenticated media. After adding the Club software or Club commercial media, please go to the 'Software Management' tab of the Mandriva Control Center, click on 'Select from where software packages are downloaded when updating the system', click on 'Global Options...', and then change the default downloader from curl to wget.

For servers requiring authentication, remember your username is now your email address, not your nickname.
