Goodbye 2006.0, Hello 2007.0 . . .
So, 2006 is at an end; here comes 2007. Over the last two years, I have gone from MDK 10.0 Community via 10.1, 10.2, 2005LE and 2006.0 to 2007.0. A rocky ride? Yes and no . . .

Installing 2007.0
With 'bated breath, I downloaded the ISO files using BT . . . and it took some time. But eventually I cut my Silver Edition of 2007.0 to disk and then backed everything up. A perfect installation? Er, not quite . . .

Finally . . .
At last! KDE 3.5.4 bundle fully installed and no apparent faults . . . but why did I have problems in the first place???

Another Heroic Day in Korea . . .
Sometimes things go so alarmingly "right" that you are almost breathless as you stand there in contemplation. With two days still to go till Pay Day, a bad case of Something You Ate Last Night Won't Leave Your Insides Alone and seven telephone calls to your students still to go until you can knock off and go for a pizza and beers, small delights are so welcome, and I am pleased to report one such today . . . .
