Misc. stuff

(No, this is not about you Michael ;)

Haven't blogged much lately or done too much related to Mandriva, but right now I felt like writing a bit since I've just finished another assignment at school and found myself a bit less stressed and with a bit more time available. :) Soooooooo, starting on my masters degree turned out to be lot more painful than I thought! For the last month I've been stressing day in and day out getting comfortable with my new university, catch up with courses and try not falling behind. This seems not to be a trivial task, for the last month I've lived a more healthy life in many ways that I've never tried so hard doing before, I've even started exercise!

So now finally after working on various health issues and stress a lot with school work all day long I'm finally getting the hang of it. :)

I've just recently put some real efforts into the distribution for the first time in a couple of months finishing Norwegian Bokmål translation of 2008.0. aided by Karl Ove's great work on Norwegian Nynorsk Translation which for the first time ever has been completed, so 2008.0 will be the first release with complete translations for both Norwegian languages, yeay! (okayokay, maybe not too exciting for most people outside Norway, but I find it quite cool since I've been working on translation since Mandrake 9.1. Bokmål translation also serves as a base for Danish translation as well, so I guess it should be nice for some people out of Norway too :)

Soo… For the last month I've been stressing with and only focusing on school work in stead of any paid work. I hope to be able to get back to doing some paid and volunteer/community (ie. mandriva related) work soon as well as do a fresh 2008.0 install as my rpmdb currenly seems totally fubar. :p
