I have the same question. It seems that the new Club platform is still in development phase. Although I've translated some of them into Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) before the new platform became online, all news articles are still displayed in English -- until I explicitly specified zh_CN by click the Chinese flag in the Multilingualism area.

I thing it will be translated to all languages. It´s a question of time. At first, it has to be in english, ´cause it´s a world language. It´s up to all chinese who like to help it grown every day!!
It seems that the new Club platform doesn't function as well as the old one, with respect to Multilingualism support. Some translations get lost strangely. Especially, Club2 has something wrong in dealing with the browser and setting the correct cookie. This Regional Space still has some bugs. If I set my language to "en" in the Multilingualism area, I can view those comments in this China space correctly. However, if I set my language to zh_CN by clicking the Chinese flag, I then cannot see these comments - I clicked the underlined word 评论 but unexpectedly they were not displayed. I'm using Firefox 1.0.6 en-US downloaded from mozilla.org over Mandriva Linux LE2005.
