Hibernate is the Object/Relational Mapping (ORM) middleware that is embedded into XWiki. "Hibernate lets you develop persistent classes following common Java idiom - including association, inheritance, polymorphism, composition, and the Java collections framework." |

The Club web application server is the famous Jakarta Tomcat. |

The forum part of the Club is built on PhpBB, and uses the excellent Mail2Forum add-on. |

Last but not least, this server runs on a Mandriva Linux 2006. |
The Club also builds upon some projects ideas such as the ones available at http://www.zarb.org, author of the great Easy URPMI tool, of the original Planet Mandriva, and of the Penguin Liberation Front project.
