Introduction

The dawn of the next generation of Linux desktop is upon us. Mandriva is wasting no time in their efforts to bring this new and improved computing environment to the masses with the upcoming release of Mandriva 2007.

As with anything new tool or way of doing things, there are some things a person has to learn in order to use it properly. I will use this blog to record all of the things I've learned about the new Mandriva 2007 OS and the world of AIGLX/XGL.

So, I hope that I can create something here that others can learn from and use to help make their learning curve a little less difficult.
