A form to the Tips section of the Knowledge Base has been made available to help you insert new Tips into the KB and have them displayed directly on the front page.

A few tools like this one have appeared discretly in the last weeks in the xwiki and development has been going on for most online services, and I will try to present them regularly here, in order to make you aware of their presence.
It will be the occasion also to take suggestions from you to further develop them. I know that in the past, such tools had quite a stall pace once put online, but we will try to have them evolve and get better along your suggestions.

How does it work? I tried "Edit this page" where it gave me two fields Name and Description. The name was filled automatically (Tip). If I change the name to something else and clicked on Preview then it gave a table with the already existing tips and with the title "Items tagged". I don't think It supposed to work like this.

One more thing while we are at suggestions, how about making this comment textbox, which now I'm typing in, making bigger and centralized. And how about make the portal angine use newline characters when I hit Enter. This supposed to be a new line but it isn't.

In xwiki syntax, you do a newline either by leaving a black line or by adding at the end of the line:

Yes, the style shoudld be better, like the textbox size and emplement sa you say, or this dreadfull Orange Block Of Death on front page. I'm going to fill tickets for that, and try to speed up things in this area.

again, it's a regular xwiki page, but don't put anything into the titlefield.
In the textbox, put your tips using xwiki syntax, the title must be on the first line starting with a 1 and one space: "1 my title"
Put the 2 letters of your language into the language field, don't touch the parent field, preview, save.

The comment box is now bigger.

dexter11, for adding a tip, don't click "Edit page" but type a tip name, then hit "Create tip!"

Is it possible to make it automatic, so when I hit Enter it puts a newline? At least in comments.

Edit page has gone, but I don't have anything to type in except the search box. There's no "Create Tip" button either. Is this a paying club member only thing?

it doesnt work anymore here. :( I'm like you, this no newline drove me crazy, and I asked for it for months, and was so happy when I found out this syntax. Well, it's gone or some formatting somehow prevent it to work here. :(((( I'm going to check if it still works elsewhere.
